Account and finance records you choose to add

We collect the information required to create and operate your Worthlly account, including your name, email address, optional profile image, and the financial data you enter such as expenses, income, investments, goals, liabilities, and notes.

If you use the AI coach or related guided features, we also process the prompts and related account context needed to generate useful responses inside the app.

If you choose to enable AI Coach, Worthlly sends your prompt, recent AI Coach conversation, and a summarized view of your tracked financial data such as income, expenses, investments, goals, and liabilities to OpenAI, the third-party AI service provider used to generate AI Coach responses.

Worthlly asks for explicit in-app permission before any AI Coach data is sent to OpenAI. You can decline AI Coach entirely or turn AI data sharing off later from the AI Coach screen.

Account credentials are not sent to OpenAI as part of AI Coach requests unless you choose to include that information in your own prompt.

To run the product and improve financial visibility

We use your data to authenticate your account, sync records across devices, generate dashboards and annual summaries, calculate net worth and liabilities, and provide AI-assisted financial guidance based on the information you choose to store.

AI Coach data is shared only after you explicitly grant permission inside the app. You can choose not to enable AI Coach, or turn AI data sharing off later from the AI Coach experience.

We may also use service and diagnostic information to maintain stability, prevent abuse, investigate bugs, and secure the platform.

Encrypted transport and restricted operational access

Worthlly transmits data over encrypted network connections. Credentials are not stored in plain text. Access to operational data is limited to the infrastructure and services necessary to host, secure, and support the application.

We do not sell personal financial data

Worthlly does not sell your personal financial data. We only rely on third-party service providers where necessary to host the app, store data, manage media uploads, or support product operations.

For AI Coach, Worthlly shares the AI Coach prompt, recent AI Coach conversation, and summarized tracked financial profile data with OpenAI solely to generate the requested response. We require explicit in-app permission before this sharing occurs.

OpenAI receives this data only for the AI Coach request you initiate and is required to provide protections appropriate for the service relationship supporting Worthlly.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can update or remove much of your financial information directly in the app. You can also permanently delete your account from the in-app Legal & Compliance section.

Deleting the mobile app from your phone does not delete your backend account or stored financial records. After account deletion, some limited records may be retained only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
