Delete your account in the Worthlly app

Open Worthlly and follow these steps:

App Menu/Profile > Legal & Compliance > Delete Account

The app will show a confirmation step before deletion is completed. Confirming the deletion request permanently deletes your Worthlly account and associated backend app data.

Account and app data removal

Account deletion removes your Worthlly account and associated data stored for the app, including profile information and finance records linked to your account.

If your financial vault is encrypted, deleting the account also removes the encrypted records associated with that account from Worthlly backend storage.

Limited records may remain only where required

After account deletion, Worthlly may retain limited records only when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or operational audit requirements. These retained records are not used to continue providing the deleted account.

Delete only selected app data

If you want to remove specific financial records but keep your Worthlly account, use the in-app delete action on the relevant record or review: Delete App Data
