Delete data, keep account
Worthlly lets users delete their own financial records directly inside the app. This can be done without deleting the account itself.
Users can delete financial data directly from the relevant Worthlly screen while keeping their account active.
Open Worthlly and go to the section where the record exists, such as Expenses, Investments, Loans, Goals, Profile, or Annual Summary source records. Use the available delete action on the record you want to remove.
Users can delete app records they have created, including income entries, expense entries, investment records, loan records, goal records, profile finance sources, and other editable finance records available in the app.
Deleting a record removes it from the user account data used by Worthlly for dashboard, monthly, and annual calculations.
Worthlly stores sensitive financial records as encrypted payloads. When a user deletes a financial record in the app, the related encrypted record is removed from the account data used by the product.
If you want to delete the entire account and associated backend app data, use the in-app account deletion flow: App Menu/Profile > Legal & Compliance > Delete Account.
